In the heart of the Walt Disney World® Resort, the award-winning Walt Disney World Dolphin is your gateway to Central Florida’s greatest theme parks and attractions. The resort is located in between Epcot® and Disney-MGM Studios and nearby Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park and Magic Kingdom® Park.

The Walt Disney World Swan is designated as part of the collection of Walt Disney World Resorts, however it is not operated by the Walt Disney Company in the way that most Walt Disney World Resorts are. Tishman Realty & Construction Corporation and MetLife own the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide manages the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin.

Guests of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin receive many special Disney benefits, including:

  • Complimentary transportation to all Walt Disney World® Theme Parks and Attractions, including water taxis to Epcot® and Disney-MGM Studios.
  • Extra Magic Hour benefit - Each day, one of the Theme Parks is open for an extra hour so guests can enjoy select attractions (Valid Theme Park ticket and Resort I.D. required).

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the differences between a standard room at the Walt Disney World Swan and a standard room at the Walt Disney World Dolphin?
The main difference is the bed size, the Swan has two queens or a king, and the Dolphin has two doubles or a king. Most of the Swan rooms have two sinks (one in the bathroom and one in a separate vanity area outside the bathroom), the Dolphin only has one sink.

How much is car parking at both resorts?

Overnight Valet $16 + tax

Is there a compulsory resort fee?

The mandatory Resort Service Package is $10 + tax per day and includes all of the following:

• Bus: The bus stop is located outside the lobby in front of the hotel.
Boat: There is a boat to Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios, and the Boardwalk.
